Casey Miller

Casey is a first year Master's student and research intern with the Human-Computer Interaction Group at NASA Ames. Since graduating from UC Davis with a degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2017, she has worked here at HRVIP as an associate researcher with an emphasis on human factors in aerospace systems and experimental human-machine interfaces. She is team lead for the "space ambulance" project, which explores novel technologies for a medical evacuation spaceplane. She also serves as Program Coordinator for the ourtreach program STEM Outreach for Academic Reinforcement (SOAR), which connects 5th-grade students with UC Davis mentors through a variety of STEM-centric activities throughout the school year.
