Christopher Chighizola

Chris Chighizola is a fourth year undergraduate student majoring in both Aerospace and Mechanical engineering. His contribution to the lab, partnered with the agriculture department at UC Davis, is the engineering of a semi-autonomous quadrotor capable of capturing atmospheric samples. His interests are in electric and solid propulsion systems, aerodynamics, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Outside of the lab he has participated in the design of a competition rocket with the UC Davis Rocketry Club and will be pursuing a master's degree in aerospace engineering upon completion of his undergraduate studies.
